DreamQuest is pleased to announce a new service for our WINDOWS games players — it is “code lookup.” DreamQuests’ new website has set up an account for each of our WINDOWS customers. You can look up all your orders and codes. We call that your “dashboard.”
Just click on “Support” then ” Code Lookup” and enter your email address associated with your order(s) and the password that would have been sent with any order after February 1, 2014. If your game purchases BEFORE February 1, 2014, you may need to use the “forgot password?” link to have one sent to you at the address you entered in this form.
Customer Support can re-set your password, change your email to a current one, or find your codes, but do give our new feature a try.
Once you have your email and code established you will always be able to access your orders and codes. You will be able to process new orders from your dashboard too!
